Charges for using the Internet were unclear. Information on the screen said 4.99 unlimited usage, but I was charged 9.98 and told it was actually 4.99 PER HOUR. My usage was only a few minutes beyond an hour and they charged for a full hour, which I found completely outrageous. The lights in the room did not work and it was very dark. The man who came to help could not locate the right bulbs. I waited for hours for the maintenance technician but he never came. I called for the third time about this problem, and spoke to the manager, who said he'd come to the room but he never did. He sent the first man back again, who seemed frustrated with me and was very dismissive about the problem. I could not read because the light was so dim. The third problem was that I was told there was a shuttle bus available to the airport, but I was not informed that there was a fee of 2 pounds that I had to pay. I was dismayed by the depressing room and by the unfriendliness of the staff. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The least they could have done was adjust the charges for the inconveniences but that was not even offered. It was a VERY unpleasant stay and I was glad to finally be able to turn my back and leave this horrible hotel.
